We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our well established Community Pharmacy located in the heart of Central City, Burnaby - Just steps away from major new developments and right beside Metrotown (one of the largest shopping malls).

Peoples Inwell Pharmacy in Burnaby is currently seeking a full time or part time staff Pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager. Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9-6 and Sat 10-3.

Following are some of the duties and responsibilities;

  • Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients
  • Checking Blister Packs, processing weekly, Daily, monthly blister packs/batches, Third Party Adjudication
  • Managing inventory including sending and receiving orders
  • Perform daily tasks with detail and accuracy. Follow the rules, regulations and bylaws of college, Third party and Pharmacare
  • Keeping dispensary and OTC area clean and organized at all times
  • Treat staff members and all patients professionally and with respect
  • Proactive and Excellent communication skills
  • Medication Reviews & Care Plans, Adaptations, Minor Ailment prescribing and injection certification
  • Ability to enroll new clients for home monitoring program, blister packs and provide excellent patient care.
  • Compounding Knowledge will be an asset and given a priority
  • Able to Multi-Task and has exceptional business development skills

Required experience:

  • Pharmacist: 1-2 years, Manager at least 1 year

  • Kroll Software : At least 1-2 years and capable of using independently.
