Position Overview:

GHHS is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Workers (PSW) in Ontario.

We are currently hiring for future positions only. We are building a pool of qualified staff for both travel and local assignments. For Local opportunities this pool will be for applicants in the areas of Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan, Stouffville.

Position requirement:

  • Minimum 9 months of working experience in a long-term care setting (Mandatory)
  • Recognized PSW certificate and verification (e.g. NACC, etc.) (Mandatory)
  • GPA Certification (Mandatory)
  • Vulnerable Sector Check and Full 2-step TBs within 6 months and/or chest x-ray within 12 months (Mandatory)
  • Immunization records (MMR, Varicella, tDap, Hepatitis B an asset)
  • COVID passport with QR showing at least 2 doses of the vaccine
  • Current N95 and CPR certificates
