Junior Receptionist

Major Responsibilities include:
Primary Tasks
· Overseeing the reception area / welcoming all clients and visitors.
· Answering & directing phone calls, accordingly.
· Escorting guests to meeting rooms and setting up/tidying meeting rooms.
· Receiving and distributing all deliveries and mail
· Dropping off outgoing mail at the post office
· Coordinating courier pick-ups & drop-offs.
· Coordinating maintenance & delivery schedules with office vendors.
Managing building & office security system
· Entering utilities into the accounting system on a timely basis.
· Obtaining all VISA receipts for Corporate Credit Cards, scanning, saving in designated folder, & filing physical receipts
Other Duties
· Running errands outside of the office, such as picking up supplies, food, and beverages.
· Assisting with company events and meetings.
· Other duties in or out of the office may be required from time to time.
Requirements:
· years of experience in customer service.
· Experience as an Office Assistant, Office Clerk, Receptionist, or similar role(s) o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. o Professional and friendly attitude.
· Customer service skills. Someone who takes initiative.
· Solid written and verbal communication skills. o Excellent organizational skills.
· Strong attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly.
