Role Description

The Palantir Developer will play a key role in executing enhancements, supporting and maintaining full-stack applications within Palantir Foundry. This position will be responsible for data pipelines, back-end logic, and front-end user experiences that enable a new generation of AI-powered products. Candidate will work across multiple high-value Generative AI initiatives that are being built and enabled through Palantir Foundry and its Ontology, helping bring advanced AI capabilities into daily business workflows. These initiatives span core business functions such as procurement, finance, marketing,, and operations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a deep sense of ownership and a collaborative mindset—comfortable working with executives, engineers, and data leaders alike to bring strategic data products to life.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and support solutions and integrations within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem across several business functions
• Leverage Palantir Foundry applications, plugins, and data processing pipelines to enhance the capabilities of Palantir applications
• Build and maintain secure APIs and data services that bridge Palantir Foundry with other core systems and tools
• Leverage Foundry AIP to support the AI/ML team to deliver unique and accurate data insights
• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines using Pipeline Builder to ingest, transform, and integrate structured, unstructured, real-time, and batch data
• Ensure high performance, data integrity, and scalability of all data workflows within the Foundry environment
• Uphold data quality, security, and compliance in handling sensitive data
• Monitor and maintain the health of Palantir-driven services through proactive logging, alerting, and performance tuning.
• Support automated deployment pipelines for iterative improvements to Palantir solutions
• Collaborate with backend, AI/ML, and product teams to seamlessly integrate Palantir solutions into broader system architectures
• Participate in code reviews, establish coding standards, and document solutions to facilitate shared learning
• Act as the liaison between client business users and offshore delivery team

Skills Required

• 2-5 years experience working on Palantir Foundry and AIP
• Enhance, support and maintain full-stack solutions in Palantir Foundry, including data pipelines, back-end logic, and front-end user interfaces
• Develop robust and reusable components within Foundry's Ontology framework to support data-driven and AI-enabled applications
• Build, test, and deploy scalable code using Palantir tools such as Code Workbooks, Object Types, Action Builders, and AIP integrations
• Skillset requirement:
• Developer on Palantir Foundry and the Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP)
• Must have - , , Python
• Good to have - SQL, Snowflake

Education / Qualification

• Bachelors degree required (preferably in a quantitative field).

Preferred Location

• Toronto, Canada – 4 days in client office
