```Job Overview:

MedCare Aesthetics are seeking a skilled and passionate Lash Technician / Esthetician to join our team at our branch in the Avalon Mall

You will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension & Facial services to our clients. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients enhance their natural beauty, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Perform eyelash extension & Facial services according to client preferences and desired outcomes

- Provide personalized consultations to clients to determine the best eyelash extension style and length & Facial

- Apply individual eyelash extensions using safe and hygienic techniques

- Ensure client comfort throughout the application process

- Educate clients on proper aftercare instructions for maintaining their eyelash extensions

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Assist with retail sales of eyelash extension products

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

- Collaborate with the front desk team to schedule appointments and manage client bookings

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist & Facial or similar role

- Certification in eyelash extensions & Facial

- Strong knowledge of different eyelash extension styles and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients

- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for precision and aesthetics

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
