What you'll do
- Be the first point of contact: greet visitors, answer/direct calls, and manage the general inbox.
- Keep our day running smoothly: schedule meetings, book couriers, prep meeting rooms, and keep the office organized and well-stocked.
- Document & data support: create/edit documents and spreadsheets, maintain records (digital & paper), and perform accurate data entry.
- Purchasing & inventory: track office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Team assistance: help with expense receipts, basic admin for orders/vendor follow-ups, and other day-to-day tasks.
What you'll bring
- 1–2+ years in an office/admin, receptionist, or customer-service role (co-op/internship counts).
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort with cloud tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail; you can juggle multiple priorities with a calm, helpful attitude.
- Nice to have: experience coordinating couriers/shipping or handling simple order paperwork.
