Role Overview:

The Cloud Developer will be responsible for migrating ETL workflows to a cloud-based data platform, implementing ingestion pipelines, automation, and performance enhancements. This role requires strong technical expertise in cloud technologies and data engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy data pipelines for ingestion from multiple source systems- S4M, Wide Orbit, NCW, Operative, Anaplan and Salesforce
  • Migrate existing ETL workflows to Azure Databricks and ensure seamless integration with the cloud data lake.
  • Implement automation for reconciliation and validation processes.
  • Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Build automation scripts and support CI/CD pipeline implementation.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and business teams to deliver enhancements as per evolving requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and compliance best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ yrs of experience on experience with Azure Databricks, Spark, and programming in Python/Scala.
  • Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration patterns.
  • Expertise in automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex data workflows.
  • Familiarity with cloud security and compliance best practices.

Preferred Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate.

Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate/Professional.
