YOUR CHALLENGES

• Process operational transactions related to vending machines and other VMI (Vendor Management Inventory) services;
• Work closely with Sales and Operations, as well as the clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enter orders and data in different systems;
• Carry out follow-ups on stockouts and work with Sales to find replacement solutions;
• Process transactions using the ERP (quotes, orders, invoices) for our various VMI (Vendor Management Inventory) services;
• Respond to customer requests via different channels (phone, email);
• Add and update database information (new and existing customers);
• Produce and analyze reports according to the needs;
• Create new catalogues using the SafeStock portals and ensure their maintenance;
• Participate in the installation and implementation of projects for new clients;
• Keep a record of all customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints;
• Communicate and work in collaboration with other team members and departments;
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service.

YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS

• Number of nonconformities according to established standards;
• Maintain a data entry pace according to established standards;
• Average processing time according to established standards;
• Average response time according to established standards;
• Customer satisfaction level.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• General experience in customer service;
• Experience in operations/logistics or distribution;
• At ease with technology;
• Bilingual.
