About the Role
We're on the hunt for a high-energy, fun, and client-focused Graphic & Web Designer to join our creative team This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and loves bringing ideas to life through design. While graphic design skills are a must, we're happy to train the right person in web design if needed. If you're passionate about branding, have a knack for creativity, and enjoy working with clients to make their visions a reality, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Branding
- Develop brand identities from start to finish, including logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
- Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and digital ads.
- Work with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Website Design & Development
- Build and customize websites in WordPress (experience with Divi is a bonus).
- Experience with Webflow and Duda is an asset, but we're happy to train the right candidate.
- Ensure websites are visually compelling, responsive, and user-friendly.
Creative Asset Development
- Produce cohesive visuals that align with client goals and target audiences.
- Photography and video editing skills are a strong asset—supporting brand photography or content creation when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Proven graphic design skills from a designated program (portfolio required).
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to develop a full brand package, from logo design to final assets.
- A passion for creativity, attention to detail, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Web design experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate.
Nice to Have
- Photography or video editing experience.
- Knowledge of modern UI/UX principles.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO basics.
