Position Overview

We are seeking a Marine Technician with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the marine industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in marine diesel and gasoline engines, excellent diagnostic skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a range of marine engines — including diesel, gasoline, outboard, and inboard systems.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and installations of propulsion systems, controls, and onboard components.
  • Maintain detailed service records and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the marine service industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of marine diesel and gas engines (e.g. Cummins, Volvo Penta, Mercury, Yamaha, etc.).
  • Proven ability to perform accurate diagnostics and high-quality repairs.
  • Punctual, ethical, and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Passionate about mechanical work and eager to grow within a fast-evolving company.
  • Must have valid driver's license and be eligible to work in Canada.
