As the President and CEO at ISM, you will be at the forefront of driving the organization's success, responsible for achieving ambitious operational and financial goals. In this role, you will lead from the top, guiding a diverse team to shape the future of the organization. Your influence will extend across every aspect of the company's activities, from charting long-term strategic plans to setting transformative policies.

You will allocate resources effectively, making critical decisions to foster growth, expand new opportunities, and ensure that the company thrives. With a focus on innovation and impact, you'll play a key role in translating ISM's vision into tangible results, steering the company towards sustainable growth and excellence. The mission of this role is to continue positioning ISM for growth:

• Establishing, communicating and executing on ISM's strategy;

• Expanding market presence across Canada;

Responsibilities:

Vision & Strategic Direction

• Refine and articulate ISM's long-term vision that aligns with customer needs, technological innovation and market evolution.
• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.

Executive Leadership and Relationships

• Provide inspirational leadership to the executive team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving cross-functional collaboration
• Communicate effectively with the Board of Directors along with our shareholder and ensure transparency.
• Build and maintain strong successful relationships with current and future ISM customers, partners, vendors and community stakeholders.

Financial and Operational Excellence

• Ensure sustainability and achievement of ISM's operational and financial goals.
• Monitor financial performance through KPIs and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Revise and communicate the organizations' management system of financial, employee development, customer satisfaction/retention and operational performance metrics to ensure accountability.
• Drive operational efficiency through process optimization, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Services and Consulting Innovation

• Champion innovation across services and consulting lines of business as well as our internal processes, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Stay ahead of technology trends and ensure ISM adapts to market changes.

Organizational Growth and Culture

• Ensure the organization is continuously learning, innovating and developing new skills.
• Develop the future leaders of the organization and develop a strong succession plan.
• Foster strong employee engagement by championing initiatives that promote employee well-being, recognition, and professional growth.

Quién es usted

Qualifications:

• Degree in business, economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable
• 10 years in senior leadership positions, with a strong focus on general management, business strategy, and operational oversight
• Experience in managing large teams and directing complex organizational structures, demonstrating an ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
• A deep understanding of business growth strategies, including experience in market expansion, resource allocation, and diversification initiatives, preferably within the IT Strategy & Consulting industry
• Financial acumen, with the ability to interpret financial data, manage budgets, and achieve financial objectives, ensuring sustainable profitability

• Experience working in diverse environments, with an appreciation of cultural nuances and regional market dynamics, is a plus.
