About Us:

Sultan Ahmet Turkish Cuisine is one of Canada's leading Turkish restaurants, offering a truly authentic dining experience. We are looking for a friendly and bilingual Server/Waiter to join our front-of-house team and provide excellent customer service in both Turkish and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately in Turkish or English as needed
  • Explain menu items, make recommendations, and answer customer inquiries
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and ensure timely service
  • Deliver food and beverages with care and attention to presentation
  • Clear tables, reset for new guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
  • Process bills and handle cash/card payments
  • Provide a welcoming experience that reflects Turkish hospitality

What We're Looking For:

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Fluent in both Turkish and English (must)
  • Prior experience is a plus but entry-level candidates are welcome
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask during busy hours
  • Willingness to learn menu items and take part in staff training
  • Professional appearance and punctuality
