Summary

We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our team at Salon Kanako. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair styling services while delivering outstanding customer service. Your creativity and expertise will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, colors, perm and treatments.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate styles.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools.
  • Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience.
  • Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments and handling payments.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
  • Maintain salon cleanliness

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist for 3 years or more.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • Knowledge of hair care products and techniques, especially organic options.
  • Customer service-oriented with a passion for the beauty industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
