At Mr. Lube Nanaimo, we take pride in delivering fast, friendly, and professional automotive maintenance services. We are a locally owned and operated shop dedicated to exceptional customer service, teamwork, and continuous learning.
We are currently hiring Automotive Technicians, Sales Advisors, and Sales Technicians who are motivated, energetic, and passionate about cars and customer care.
Position Overview:
As part of the team, you will:
- Perform automotive maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Provide exceptional customer service and advice on maintenance and product options
- Assist customers in understanding their vehicle needs and recommend services confidently
- Maintain shop cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service and sales goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Recommend appropriate maintenance and service packages
- Perform basic automotive maintenance and inspections
- Operate equipment safely and follow all Mr. Lube standards
- Process payments and handle POS transactions accurately
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales and performance targets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive service, retail sales, or customer service (preferred, but not required — we provide full training)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Basic mechanical aptitude an asset
- Valid driver's license
