We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in both English and French.
  • Engage with customers over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
  • Utilize analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Promote upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall service delivery.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred, with a strong emphasis on bilingual communication (English/French).
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is advantageous.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent analysis skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
