The newest member of our team will have:
- 3+ years' experience in residential conveyancing
- Proficient in Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and document preparation
- Solid understanding of BC land title registration requirements
- Mature work ethic and ability to work independently
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and ability to produce high-quality work under tight timelines
- Use initiative to make decisions
- Respond quickly to changing priorities
Highlights of the role include:
- Corresponding with clients, solicitors, conveyancers, brokers, and agents in a professional manner
- Preparation of sale, purchase, and mortgage documents
- Review contracts, property titles, mortgage payouts, and lender instructions and respond accordingly
- Prepare statements of adjustments
- Vacation/Sick coverage for the team as needed
We offer an attractive remuneration package, extended health benefits, and a positive environment that encourages the development of our team members. The expected salary range for this role is $60,000-$80,000 per annum.
