About Us

IJ Home Services is a locally operated window, eaves, and exterior cleaning business serving Vaughan and nearby communities. We're part of a national program that gives driven individuals hands-on experience in business, leadership, and sales through running real local service operations.

We're looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated people who want to gain valuable experience, challenge themselves, and be part of a high-performance team this spring and summer.

Position:

Door-to-Door Sales Representative

(Flexible Schedule | Commission-Based Pay | Growth Opportunities)

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with homeowners in person to promote our window and exterior cleaning services
  • Build rapport with potential customers and explain our value clearly and confidently
  • Book free estimates and help grow the business through local outreach
  • Work closely with the team to track progress, set goals, and celebrate wins
