Sales Operations Order Entry Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented, motivated team player to join our sales operations team as an Order Entry & Sales Operations Coordinator. In this role, you'll ensure accurate order processing, maintain data integrity, and support our internal teams and customers with efficiency and care.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys doing their work well: someone who takes pride in accuracy, follows through, and finds satisfaction in keeping things running smoothly. At the same time, we're looking for someone curious and eager to learn our products, systems, and business, with an eye toward future growth within the company.

What Will You be Doing?


•     Accurately enter and process customer orders in our systems: ERP, CRM, EDI.


•     Verify pricing, terms, and product availability before confirming orders.


•     Coordinate with sales, shipping, and procurement teams to ensure timely fulfillment.


•     Maintain accurate records and support reporting on order activity.


•     Communicate order status updates and resolve discrepancies as needed.


•     Assist with product or customer data entry, returns, and related administrative tasks.


•     Participate in process improvement and cross-team collaboration initiatives.

 

What You Bring with You?

 


•     Prior experience in order entry, data entry, or operations support (ERP experience a plus).


•     Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.


•     Strong communication and teamwork skills.


•     Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.


•     Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


•     Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) or similar business tools.

Compensation Structure for the Position

The compensation for this role pays at 20 an hour.
