Duties

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring each interaction is positive and solutions-oriented
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and account details while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, processing orders, returns, or refunds efficiently
  • Engage in outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new services and offers
  • Enter data accurately into customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other databases to ensure up-to-date records
  • Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
  • Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, including processing payments and issuing receipts
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications while demonstrating strong analysis skills to resolve complex customer concerns
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share insights for continuous improvement
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports or documentation as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer support best practices
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns is advantageous
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures is desirable
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Multilingual capabilities are highly valued for engaging with a diverse customer base
