Duties
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring each interaction is positive and solutions-oriented
- Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and account details while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, processing orders, returns, or refunds efficiently
- Engage in outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new services and offers
- Enter data accurately into customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other databases to ensure up-to-date records
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
- Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications while demonstrating strong analysis skills to resolve complex customer concerns
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share insights for continuous improvement
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports or documentation as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer support best practices
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns is advantageous
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is desirable
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual capabilities are highly valued for engaging with a diverse customer base
