What You'll Do:

• Support Operations: Assist with day-to-day facility operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.
• Hands-On Work: Perform preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and physical labor—indoors and outdoors—in all weather conditions.
• Safety First: Promote and maintain a safe work environment, following all safety protocols, especially around railcars and heavy equipment.
• Continuous Learning: Receive thorough training and develop new skills in equipment operation, grading, and cleaning techniques.
• Busy Seasons: Be ready to step up during our busiest times in Spring and Fall, working extended hours to help the team succeed.

Ce que vous ferez :

• Soutenir les opérations : participer aux activités quotidiennes du site pour assurer le bon fonctionnement et la sécurité des installations.
• Travail manuel : effectuer la maintenance préventive, des réparations d'équipement et des tâches physiques, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, quelles que soient les conditions météorologiques.
• Priorité à la sécurité : promouvoir et maintenir un environnement de travail sécuritaire en respectant tous les protocoles, notamment autour des wagons et des équipements lourds.
• Apprentissage continu : recevoir une formation approfondie et développer de nouvelles compétences en exploitation d'équipement, en techniques de triage et de nettoyage.
• Périodes de pointe : être prêt(e) à s'investir pleinement pendant nos saisons les plus occupées, au printemps et à l'automne, en travaillant des heures prolongées pour assurer la réussite de l'équipe.

Profil recherché :

• Autonomie : vous prenez l'initiative et trouvez des tâches à accomplir sans attendre d'instructions.
• Esprit d'équipe : vous travaillez aussi bien en autonomie qu'au sein d'un groupe soudé.
• Capacité physique : à l'aise pour grimper, soulever et travailler en hauteur ou dans des environnements poussiéreux.
• Sens de la sécurité : vous accordez la priorité à la sécurité pour vous-même et les autres ; une expérience ou une formation en sécurité est un atout important.
• Aptitude mécanique : une expérience avec les chariots élévateurs, chargeuses ou équipements lourds est un plus – nous offrons la formation nécessaire si vous souhaitez apprendre.
• Communication : de bonnes aptitudes à la communication verbale sont essentielles.
• Fiabilité : vous êtes ponctuel(le), travailleur(se) et restez concentré(e) même lors de longues journées.
