Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & warehouse specialist to join our growing logistics team for Scarborough locations. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Logistics Manager in daily operations, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating shipments.
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
  • Organize and maintain inventory with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Maintain accurate logistics records, shipping schedules, inventory levels, and reports.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide tailored logistics solutions;
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with logistics software is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and perform well under pressure.
  • Mandarin preferred.
