| Key Responsibilities |

FRAMING SPECIFIC

  • Wood Framing: Foundations, decks, walls, roof system, windows.
  • Other duties as required

FINISHING SPECIFIC

  • Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications
  • Measure, cut, and install millwork for interior doors, windows, casings, baseboards, etc.
  • Install interior doors, door hardware, fixture.
  • Other duties as required

| Applicant Requirements |

  • Ability to operate various power tools safely while adhering to safety protocols
  • Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks safely.
  • Blueprint reading and understanding of technical drawings
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies
  • A valid Drivers License with reliable transportation to & from work
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area while minimizing waste.

| Compensation & Benefits |

  • Monday–Friday, 8–12 hour days
  • Based in Winnipeg, with projects across Southern Manitoba and Ontario
  • Salary: Dependent on level of experience & education. Bi-weekly pay frequency. Overtime eligible
  • Benefits: Extended health care. 100% coverage at your discretion.
  • Paid vacation and time off
