Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Niagara Falls, ON, for a Commission Sales Associate. The primary responsibility of the role is to assist customers in finding the best vehicle for their needs by providing detailed information about inventory, features, and financing options. The Sales Associate will build relationships with potential clients, conduct test drives, negotiate sales terms, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and a customer-focused approach is essential in this role. OMVIC Certification required.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and relationship-building skills to create a positive experience for clients
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication, along with active listening abilities
  • Knowledge or interest in Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge vehicles, as well as the automotive industry
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Time management and organizational abilities for a fast-paced sales environment
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Experience in automotive sales or retail sales is an asset but not mandatory
  • Valid OMVIC Certification required
