High Skillz Roofing Inc. is a trusted roofing contractor serving the Greater Toronto Area and York Region — including Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, North York, Aurora, King City, and surrounding areas. We specialize in shingle roof replacements, flat roof systems, skylight installations, chimney removals, and emergency roof repairs. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace asphalt shingles and other roofing materials.
• Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installation.
• Inspect roofs for damage, leaks, and overall condition.
• Install ice & water shield, synthetic underlayment, drip edge, ridge vents, and other components as required.
• Perform skylight flashing, chimney flashing, and other finishing details.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
• Operate hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely.
• Communicate effectively with team members, foreman, and site supervisors.
• Assist with loading/unloading roofing materials.
• Ensure every project meets High Skillz Roofing's quality and warranty standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years roofing/shingling experience.
• Own car or reliable transportation to reach job sites across the GTA and York Region.
• Own basic roofing tools and safety gear.
• Knowledge of roofing installation techniques and materials.
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Working at Heights and Fall Arrest Certification (asset).
• Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude.
