Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that all products are accurately processed and delivered in a timely manner. This role requires proficiency in various warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, packaging, and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to load and unload materials safely.
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Package products for shipment according to company standards to ensure safe delivery.
- Conduct order picking and packing activities efficiently to meet e-commerce demands.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements using ERP systems.
- Assist in stocking shelves and organizing the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order processing.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of shipping & receiving processes.
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution practices and order fulfillment techniques
- Experience with packaging methods and quality control measures is a plus.
- Ability to operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and reach trucks.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory management and order processing.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
