The Associate will own the financial planning process from discovery to implementation, including:
- Lead the client discovery process to gather all necessary financial data and clarify client objectives.
- Model and analyze complex financial scenarios using planning software to identify strategic opportunities.
- Develop and articulate bespoke recommendations in tax, estate, insurance, and investment planning.
- Collaborate with the firm's in-house Tax & Estate Planning specialists to architect integrated solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all aspects of their wealth plan.
- Oversee the implementation of all financial planning strategies.
- Prepare and present clear, concise summaries and reports for client meetings.
- Continuously refine and scale the financial planning process, tools, and technology to enhance the client experience and drive practice efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of work experience in comprehensive wealth planning or financial advisory role.
- Advanced proficiency with financial planning software and Microsoft Excel for complex modeling.
- Superior analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear solutions for complex financial challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of presenting complex information with clarity and confidence.
- A proactive, self-motivated professional who works with precision, both independently and as a vital member of a small, integrated team.
