QUICK FACTS: Forklift Operator (Reach Truck) Straight Days – Monday to Friday (7:00am to 3:30pm)  $21.00 per hour, depending on machine experience and license status Located in Guelph (65 Quarterman Road, Guelph) Benefits Program Social Committee/Company Events Clean, state-of-the-art Warehouse, room temperature Family-owned, Social Responsibility/Sustainability culture Excellent work-life balance Regular wage reviews and transparent wage grid DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Safely and efficiently operate Narrow Aisle Reach Truck for full duration of shift Pull product from overstock racking to fulfill orders, often pulling single cases from a pallet (requires extra attention to detail) Load and unload trailers as required, using Counterbalance or Walkie trucks Perform cycle counts of product Move inventory accurately and carefully, using the RF scanner All other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years of experience operating a Crown/Raymond Reach forkliftExperience operating Counterbalance and/or Walkie trucksRF handheld experience an asset Must wear CSA approved Safety ShoesAbility to lift or move product (up to 50 lbs) Ability to stand, bend, stoop and stretch ongoing throughout the day to accomplish tasks Forklift license an asset, but we are willing to train you and certify you (means starting at lower wage rate to offset cost of training and certification, wage review post-certification) Applicants with the following experience have successful transferable skills and be equally considered: fork lift, counterbalance forklift, forklift driver, warehouse, reach truck, reach truck operator, reachtruck, warehouse worker, Raymond reach operator, counterbalance forklift operator, shipper, receiver, shipper/receiver, shipper and receiver, shipping receiving, warehouse, warehouse worker, laborer, labourer, labor, laborer, order picker, inventory clerk, material handler, order picker
