RT Precision Measurement Inc. provides on-site and in-lab gauge and fixture certifications, dimensional inspections, and calibration services for the tool & mold, machine shop, stamping, and automotive industries across Windsor–Essex County.

We help manufacturers stay compliant, accurate, and production-ready with fast, traceable, and professional service.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a technical sales representative with strong existing contacts in the Windsor tooling, mold, or precision manufacturing trades.

If you've spent years working with tool & die makers, quality managers, or plant supervisors — and you know who's who in the local industry — this is an excellent opportunity to leverage your relationships.

This role offers flexibility and high earning potential for a motivated professional or semi-retired industry veteran.

Responsibilities

  • Promote RT Precision's calibration, inspection, and certification services to local manufacturers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tool & mold, machining, and stamping companies.
  • Schedule on-site service calls, quotes, and follow-ups.
  • Report leads, quotes, and customer activity weekly.
  • Represent RT Precision professionally at shops, trade events, and industry associations.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven background in tooling, industrial supply, metrology, or manufacturing sales.
  • Established network in Windsor/Essex County's tool & mold or automotive sectors.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Perks

  • Commission-based or base + commission structure (flexible depending on experience).
  • Ongoing residual commissions for recurring accounts.
