Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pilot to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating aircraft safely and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with crew members and passengers. The Pilot will ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and maintain a high standard of safety throughout all flights.

Duties

  • Operate aircraft in accordance with all regulations and safety protocols.
  • Conduct pre-flight inspections to ensure the aircraft is in optimal condition for flight.
  • Communicate effectively with air traffic control, crew members, and passengers throughout the flight.
  • Manage time efficiently to adhere to flight schedules while ensuring safety.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger needs and concerns during flights.
  • Supervise crew members, ensuring that all team members are performing their duties effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of flights, including logs of hours flown, routes taken, and any incidents occurring during flights.
  • Stay updated on changes in aviation regulations and procedures.

Requirements

  • Valid pilot's license with appropriate ratings for the aircraft being operated.
  • Strong understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; multilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred.
  • Ability to aviate safely in various weather conditions and environments.
  • A background in military aviation is advantageous but not required.

Base Pay: $136,119.00-$151,233.00 per year
