As a Bar Manager, you will be the vibrant heartbeat of our establishment, ensuring that every guest experiences exceptional service and top-notch beverages. What you'll do

  • Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards
  • Train, mentor, and inspire staff to deliver outstanding customer service and enhance their skills
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
  • Implement effective cash handling procedures to maintain financial accuracy
  • Develop innovative drink menus that reflect current trends while catering to customer preferences
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized bar environment
  • Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate food pairings and special events
  • Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and leadership

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or bar management roles

Preferred qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and fine dining experience
  • Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for efficient order processing
  • Strong background in staff training and development within the hospitality sector
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management related to bar operations
