What You'll Do

  • Work directly with senior CPAs and firm leaders on client engagements across diverse industries.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, corporate tax returns, and working papers.
  • Prepare personal tax returns
  • Assist with client advisory work — budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements, data entry
  • Learn how to leverage cloud accounting platforms (Xero, QuickBooks Online, Dext, Karbon, etc.) to automate and enhance workflow.
  • Participate in client meetings and gain real exposure to the business side of public accounting.
  • Contribute to projects that improve how we operate — from technology integration to workflow design.

Who You Are

  • A recent graduate or early-career professional working toward your CPA designation (or planning to start).
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to take ownership of your development.
  • Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools and systems.
  • Strong communicator — comfortable working directly with clients and team members.
