Customer Service Representative
to support parents and families in a fast-paced, family-focused environment.

We're looking for a professional, organized, and friendly individual to join our Richmond Hill team

What You'll Be Doing

  • Contacting new families for quality assurance and feedback
  • Following up on centre tours and sending registration information
  • Responding to parent questions and concerns via phone and email
  • Compiling weekly reports from multiple centres
  • Managing registration emails and new centre enrollments
  • Representing Kids & Company at baby shows and events
  • Coordinating giveaways and following up with contest winners

*What We're Looking For:*

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Friendly and professional customer service approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Experience in Early Childhood Education is an asset
  • Team player who can support senior managers with various projects
