Marketing & Strategy Manager-Commercial Real Estate

About the Role
We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Marketing & Strategy Manager to lead marketing planning and strategic positioning for our commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate must have experience managing at least 100,000 commercial projects in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project positioning, marketing strategies, and promotion plans.
- Lead branding, advertising, digital marketing, and marketing materials development.
- Support leasing strategy with market insights, tenant mix recommendations, and leasing materials.
- Manage external agencies and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Track market trends and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Monitor marketing performance and optimize strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 100,000 commercial project experience in Canada.
- 5+ years in commercial real estate marketing, strategy, or project planning.
- Strong understanding of North American commercial real estate markets.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- A Chinese resume required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $120,000.00 per year
