About The Role
We are seeking a
Full Stack Developer
with
3–5 years of professional experience
to join our onsite team in
Ontario
. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires strong technical proficiency across both front-end and back-end technologies, with an emphasis on collaboration, clean coding practices, and solution-oriented problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across the full technology stack.
  • Develop responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using , Java, or Python.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
  • Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues promptly.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practice adoption.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.

Requirements / Must-Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Back-end experience with , Python, or Java.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
  • Working knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
