Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale, public-facing technology delivery initiatives within the public sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing agile custom builds, SaaS implementations (particularly Microsoft Dynamics), and mobile application development projects.
This role involves driving complex, multi-stakeholder programs from planning to implementation, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time, within scope, and on budget. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, oversee governance structures, and promote best practices in project management, technology integration, and enterprise modernization.
Required Skills:
· Proven experience managing complex technical projects using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
· Strong background in SaaS adoptions, enterprise onboarding, and MS Dynamics-based solutions.
· Experience developing business cases, project charters, and integrated project schedules.
· Demonstrated ability to manage large project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure fiscal accountability.
· Expertise in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.
· Deep understanding of PMBOK frameworks, I&IT governance, and public-sector delivery models.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to brief senior executives and manage cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
· Prior public sector or government project experience.
· Knowledge of Information Management principles and AODA regulations.
· Experience with release management, change management, and governance frameworks.
