We're Hiring a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist

Swift Care Wellness Centre - one of Oshawa's fastest growing multidisciplinary clinics - is looking for a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist to join our collaborative and passionate healthcare team.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough pelvic health assessments of patients'
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Stay updated with the latest medical terminology and advancements in physiotherapy practices
  • Maintain the highest standard of professional care and patient confidentiality

Requirements

  • Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Certified in Pelvic Floor Therapy (Level 1 required, Level 2+ preferred)
  • Strong manual therapy and communication skills
  • Passionate about women's health, pelvic health, and holistic patient care
  • Acupuncture or other specialty certifications (e.g., vestibular, prenatal/postpartum) are assets
  • Open to flexible scheduling: Evening and/or weekend availability preferred
