Guidewire Tech Lead/Developer(s)

Norima Consulting is looking for Guidewire Senior Developers and Tech Leads to help deliver Guidewire transformation projects that modernize the insurance industry.

A Senior Guidewire Developer or Tech Lead with
certification(s) in one or more Guidewire InsuranceSuite products, ideally on
Guidewire Cloud. You navigate complex client environments with ease,
lead delivery teams, and translate business needs into scalable, cloud-ready
solutions. You take pride in building trusted relationships and delivering
measurable results.

• Support our clients on
  Guidewire projects involving configurations, integrations, migrations, and
  full implementations
• Translate business and
  functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Collaborate with delivery
  teams and client stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes in delivering solutions
• Provide technical guidance,
  mentorship, and leadership across project teams
• Coordinate effectively with
  onshore and offshore team members

• 10+ years of experience in
  software development within P&C insurance technology or consulting
  environments
• Guidewire Certified Associate, Specialist, Professional and/or Ace
• Expert in one or more of the following areas; PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimsCenter, Contact Manager, Data Hub, Digital Portal
• Expertise in configurations,
  integrations, migrations, and/or system implementations, ideally in Guidewire Cloud environments
• Strong communication and
  leadership skills in client-facing projects
• A consultative, collaborative
  mindset with a focus on quality and outcomes
