We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner
  • Engage customers through product demonstrations and technical sales presentations
  • Utilize effective merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options
  • Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently throughout the shift
  • Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
  • Proficiency in technology sales with an understanding of technical products is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Ideal experience in conflict resolutions with day-to-day customer traffic

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 39 per week
