Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand awareness initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging marketing materials, track campaign performance, and explore new opportunities to enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving customer engagement and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution & Coordination
    :

Assist with planning and executing product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Coordinate with internal and freelance teams to ensure marketing deliverables are on time. Help write and organize creative briefs for graphic design and copy. Keep our marketing calendar and asset trackers up to date.
- Email & SMS:

Help build campaigns. Assist with segmentation, flows, and A/B testing ideas. Pull and organize campaign performance data.
- Website (Shopify):

Update homepage banners, collections, and campaign landing pages. Collaborate with the creative team on website assets.
- Paid Media Support:

Assist with asset delivery, copy formatting and approvals. Coordinate timelines with the ad team and track campaign launches.
- General Marketing Support:

Help manage and organize marketing assets and creative files. Take notes during marketing meetings and track action items. Jump in on projects like UGC coordination, social content, or influencer campaigns when needed.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, e-commerce or coordination role
  • Experience with tools like Klayvio, Canva, Adobe, MailChimp, Shopify, Google Suite and project management platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail

Please note:

This is a full-time position, and there will be no work-from-home option. It is an entry-level position.
