Medical Sales & Reception

Requirements:

  • Positive, confident, motivated team player with excellent leadership skills and a strong patient orientation.
  • Passionate about health, patient service, wellness and healthy living.
  • Sales experience in clinical, spa, studio/fitness, health service or other relevant contexts.
  • Must respond in a professional and enthusiastic manner to all customer inquiries via email or phone regarding product information, pricing, availability, product returns, credits, general administrative issues
  • Utilize resourcefulness and critical thinking skills to research and resolve issues and discrepancies
  • Employ excellent time management and organizational skills to follow up with customers on all outstanding issues within expected timelines
  • Professional, efficient, detail oriented, results focused, self-starter.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (with patients, clients, suppliers, team).
  • Appropriate Diploma or Degree and a minimum 2 years work experience in Canada.

Desired:

  • Experience with medical reception, administration, office management, IT, is an asset.
  • Excellent computer skills (Mindbody or CHS EMR software familiarity are assets)
  • Full-time role. Weekdays with occasional weekends and statutory holiday shifts required.
