Remote, Canada NeoBright Tutoring Full time $32,000 per year

About Us

We are a Canada-based educational consulting firm specializing in high school and university planning for students and families across Canada. Our mission is to support students—particularly international and bilingual learners—in navigating academic pathways, extracurricular opportunities, and institutional communications effectively.

Due to the slow and email-heavy communication style of many Canadian institutions, we are seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Phone Coordinator to help us reach out to universities, event offices, and community organizations more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make professional phone calls to Canadian universities, education offices, and community or volunteer organizations using a company-provided phone number.
  • Follow clear task lists and communication templates provided by our team.
  • Accurately record call outcomes and summarize key information after each conversation.
  • Assist in verifying or locating institutional contact information when necessary.
  • Maintain timely communication with the team to ensure smooth project progress.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English speaking and clear communication skills; polite and professional phone manners.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability in reporting and documentation.
  • Ability to conduct independent research and follow instructions precisely.
  • Prior experience in education, customer service, or administrative support is an asset.
  • Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours and clear accountability.
