We are a local family owned imprinting company located in St. Catharines, ON and looking for the right person to join our team.

This job consists of splitting your time between working Front Sales and helping setting up production behind the scenes in the shop.

Position includes tasks and expectations;

  • Speaking and assisting with customers and comprising a quote for their custom imprinting needs either in person, over the phone or via email.
  • Graphic design, and setting up proofs for customer orders.
  • Have knowledge of Coreldraw, and/or Adobe Illustrator, along with plug in software to export designs.
  • Prep designs for print- use plotter, printers and large format printers.
  • Oversee and assist other staff with their printing & pressing orders.
  • Be self motivated and have initiative.
  • Be energetic, honest, reliable and punctual.
  • Be able to adapt quickly to a fast paced environment.
  • Work well as a team and independently.
  • Be able to multitask and switch between tasks when needed.
  • Have attention to detail - thoroughly read through work orders.
  • Have great organizational skills.
  • Be available to be scheduled between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday - Friday.
  • A valid SIN is required for this job

The starting wage is based on your print shop experience with either graphic design and sales (apparel based), knowledge of heat pressing, Direct To Film printing, sublimation printing, screen printing and/or embroidery and any other aspects you can bring to help our business grow.
