We are looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join our team. If you're passionate about helping customers with their vehicle financing and insurance needs while delivering exceptional service, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Guide customers through the financing and leasing process in a transparent, professional manner.
  • Present and explain financing options, warranties, and protection products.
  • Work closely with lenders and financial institutions to secure approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership performance.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for finance and insurance products.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in automotive financing/insurance.
  • Strong understanding of lending practices, credit applications, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Motivated, ethical, and driven to succeed.
  • Valid driver's license.
