Field Service Technician / Roofing Inspector

MUST HAVE ROOFING EXPERIENCE

Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician / Roofing Inspector to join our team. This role is hands-on and varied — you'll be inspecting roofs daily, supporting our crews, and stepping in to make sure projects run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily inspections on completed roofing projects to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Carry out small repairs on roofing, siding, and metals projects as needed.
  • Meet with homeowners to review minor issues, repairs, or concerns.
  • Pick up and return extra materials to suppliers.
  • Deliver materials and supplies to crews in the field.
  • Run small errands for the company, including client visits to handle paperwork, collect signatures, or complete exchanges as required.
  • Report progress, findings, and project updates directly to Head Office in Calgary.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism on every job site.
  • Drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly, keeping a clean driving record.

Requirements:

  • Proven roofing experience (required).
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean abstract.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
