The Opportunity: We are seeking a self-motivated Property Manager Assistant with a strong focus on leasing. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for an individual who thrives in a sales environment and enjoys working with luxury properties. You will manage the leasing cycle from marketing to move-in, ensuring our portfolio remains fully occupied with qualified tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing & Showings: Conduct private viewings of luxury rental properties for prospective tenants, showcasing features and amenities effectively.
  • Tenant Acquisition: Respond to leads promptly, screen potential tenants (credit checks, references), and select candidates that meet our high standards.
  • Marketing: Assist in creating high-quality rental listings, including taking photos/videos and managing posts on rental platforms.
  • Lease Administration: Prepare lease agreements, collect deposits, and ensure all documentation is compliant with the Residential Tenancy Act.
  • Inspections: Conduct thorough Move-In and Move-Out inspections with detailed condition reports.
  • Client Communication: Act as a professional liaison between landlords and tenants during the leasing process.

Qualifications:

  • Licensing: Must hold a valid BC Rental Property Management License (or be currently enrolled/near completion).
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, real estate, or high-end customer service is required.
  • Language: Professional proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Mandarin is a strong asset.
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle for travel between properties.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and property management software.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Impeccable presentation and communication skills suitable for a luxury clientele.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Self-disciplined with excellent time management.
