Summary

We are seeking a dedicated part-time Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organised, customer-focused, and proficient with office technology.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
  • Handle phone calls using multi-line systems with professionalism
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with filing, photocopying, and document proofreading
  • Support administrative tasks for sales and service, as required
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
  • Customer service skills are essential
