The Company
Sonele ) is an ISO 13485:2016 and FDA registered manufacturing company that specializes in providing advanced manufacturing and assembly services to high-tech industries, primarily focused in the medical sector with a strong expertise in ultrasound. We are located near Highway 407 and Woodbine Ave in Markham, ON.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a full-time candidate to fill the Software Developer Intern (Hybrid: Remote & In Office) position who will support the Electrical Engineering Manager in various activities.

Qualifications

  • Attained or pursuing Bachelor's degree / Diploma in computer science, computer engineering or similar technical discipline
  • C# programming experience
  • Python programming experience

Bonus

  • Expertise with XML
  • Experience with desktop applications
  • (Microsoft version)
  • Development experience in ASP.Net
  • Experience of GitLab/GitHub
  • Experience in database, SQL Server
  • Knowledge of issue tracking (such as JIRA)
  • Experience in application maintenance and support
  • Experience with Amazon Web Service or Azure is an asset
  • Development experience under ISO 62304 / knowledge of CI/CD is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage well-functioning software applications
  • Work within software development team to meet application deadlines and deliverables
  • Track and document project activities according to ISO 62304
  • General tasks related to IT infrastructure support
