Position: Finisher – Wood Coatings (Cabinetry)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wood Finisher to join our growing team. This is a hands-on full time role ideal for someone experienced in spray finishing and passionate about delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mix stains, toners, and pigmented coatings according to precise formulas
  • Conduct colour-match draw-downs and adjust tints for different lighting conditions
  • Maintain accurate finishing logs and formula records to ensure consistency on repeat projects
  • Apply paint or stain to MDF and veneered products using hand spray equipment in a booth setting
  • Ensure coatings meet both aesthetic and durability standards
  • Perform minor touch-ups and quality checks after spraying
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience with hands on paint spray booth skills, tools and equipment
  • Familiarity with spray equipment, stains, sealers, lacquers, and other wood finishing products
  • A sharp eye for colour and detail, with a commitment to high-quality results
  • Reliable, mature, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator with strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
