Our client is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare Notice to Readers, Review engagements, small Audits and other financial mandates.
  • Prepare corporate, personal, estate and HST/GST tax returns.
  • Respond to clients questions and queries.
  • Communicate and follow up with CRA on behalf of clients.
  • Research and analyze income tax queries.

Education & Experience

  • 5+ years of accounting experience in a firm
  • Bilingual considered an asset
  • Proficient with using Caseware, Microsoft and excel.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized and can work independently
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, decisiveness, propose sound alternative and conclusions
