Support data-driven decision-making by facilitating capacity allocation, workload balancing, and continuous optimization of delivery processes
Coach, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams (consisting of product management, engineering, architecture, risk and compliance, UDX) in good product management and lean agile delivery practices - fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture
Seek to improve team performance by promoting joint accountability of results and solving productivity issues; including defining and tracking key team performance metrics and reinforcing expected behaviors
Manage and strengthen communication and partnership between stakeholders, providing regular and transparent updates on delivery status, risks, and opportunities
Champion continuous improvement mindset and culture, drive continuous process improvement activities, including retrospectives, and embed best practices to enhance delivery maturity and effectiveness
Encourage teams to actively incorporate customer feedback, ensuring products meet evolving business requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences
Foster innovation and continuous learning, encouraging experimentation and agility across the delivery lifecycle
